  Don't go at lunch as the person on the till is slow, however the people prepping the sandwiches are fast meaning your sub will get cold as you wait to pay. Aaron is a rude and shouldn't be allowed to work in such a job. He has no respect for his customers and has an angry attitude to work.

  I shall write a separate review about this place on TripAdvisor which actually describes the food and the shop itself.
  I'm here to rant about the online website of this place. Yesterday it was closed, which is perfectly understandable because it was the 27th of December. However, the next day (today), I check the website and it says it's open from 7 - 9:30. So I went back down from Crookes in the freezing cold only to discover that guess what... It's closed! The Open sign at the window doesn't light up as it usually does, and even if it was open but the light was still off, how are people meant to know that it's open?! The websites really need to get it together!
